I don’t know anything about this band except for the fact that they’re probably from Australia (at least the majority of their Spotify listeners is from Melbourne and Sydney), otherwise I haven’t found any information about them (they’re called Edina, that’s what I do know).

But if the music is good enough, I really don’t mind if the artist is this mysterious, sometimes it’s even fun, not to know anything about the artist and just enjoy their work. Here the cover album already sort of spoke to me that this should be good – and yes, it definitely is! What makes Edina stand out among other indie artists is definitely the vocals. The instrumentation is pleasant, quite simple, but the vocals… They both have fantastic voices that also blend together so nicely. And they have a great sense for melodic and catchy melodies. And most of the time that’s all I need from music…
