Olivia Nowadays is a project of Kent Carson and Evan King. They’re based in Austin, TX and Albuquerque, NM. Illimerence is a track off their new EP My Plants Are Hanging on by a Thread. The production on this is pretty clean and the instrumentation is nicely rich, it’s apparent that they’re influenced by various music genres: sometimes you can hear folk in their songs, sometimes it’s playful bedroom pop. They just know the ropes I guess:)
My favorite part: I guess I don’t have a single ‘top’ moment, it’s the overall vibe that pervades the whole track that I like the most. Very positive atmosphere that just makes you feel better.
