Glaascats is one of those mysterious bands for me. I haven’t found any information about them except for the fact that they are from Switzerland. And I think this European vibe is really apparent in this song, it starts as a classic bedroom pop/indie song, but somehow the mood is much more melancholic and dark. And that’s what I like!:) I also love the experimental nature of this track, you’ve got vocals at the beginning of the song, with strong melodies you would like to hear again… but they disappear pretty quickly and 2/3 of the track is actually instrumental. This must definitely sound great live!
My favorite part: The vocal hee is emotive, sad and absolutely beautiful. One of the nicest melodies I’ve heard in a while.
