Today Was Nice is a kinda standard indie folk song that reminds me of artists like José Gonzalez and Alexi Murdoch. Nothing that I usually adore but what makes this track quite different and special is the short length. It’s more of a passing ode to life than an ambitious indie folk anthem. And I like that a lot. Two minutes of pure emotions and when the song is suddenly over, you just look out the window and press the replay button… This song was definitely nice!
