BEST NEW TRACKS: NO WORDS – I’D TURN THE WORLD UPSIDE DOWN FOR YOU

This week we’re venturing into slightly less familiar territory. After a shoegaze track from South Korea, I’m happy to recommend this Mexican project called no words — I genuinely love discovering music from different corners of the world that offers its own take on my favorite genres.

No words remains fairly mysterious; I couldn’t find much information about it online, but that almost adds to the charm. The track i’d turn the world upside down for you is a classic example of chilled-out slowcore – a short, two-and-a-half-minute gem built on repetition, simplicity, and, above all, a lo-fi aesthetic paired with a warm, gently melancholic atmosphere. And it pulls that off beautifully.

If you’re into this kind of sound, I’d definitely recommend checking out the full release, i’ve got to go.
