As much as we love doing this, running a blog about the global music DIY scene can be sometims a bit demanding. It often takes a lot of energy, especially when juggling other jobs and trying to carve out time to write.
We still see blogging mainly as a passion project, but we’d love to take it further: improve the design, launch a section mapping venues around the world, collaborate with more writers, and bring a bunch of new ideas to life.
After four years of work and nearly 500 published articles, passion alone isn’t always enough to keep things running. That’s why we’re now opening up the option to support us financially, if you’d like to.
We truly want to keep going – but under current conditions, it’s becoming more challenging.
